totally awesome stay!
comfort level friendly people perfect location
i had a beautiful double or twin room , and the comfort level was off the charts ! also , the staff were seriously the friendliest people i've ever met in a hotel. plus , the location couldn't be more perfect for seeing all the sights.
the street outside got a little noisy at night.

central location standard buffet helpful staff
The hotel location allowed easy access to main attractions. Breakfast offered a standard buffet with lovely staff. The hotel staff were very helpful in answering questions.
The theater nearby played loud music at all hours. It made sleeping with the window open impossible.

My beautiful double room was spacious with a large bathroom. The bathroom had two handwash basins. Water was refilled daily and there was a coffee machine. The room was cleaned daily.

central location, some noise issues
central location friendly staff helpful service noisy air conditioning slow bathroom drain no water
the location was central. i walked easily to many restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly, breakfast offered various options including mini portuguese tarts. i found the front desk service helpful.
The air conditioning was quite noisy. It sounded like a lawn mower. i also found there was no complimentary drinking water in the room. the bathroom drain worked poorly. Water drained slowly from the sink.

amazing stay, loved it!
clean room perfect location many choices great breakfast
I found the room clean. it was a superior double room and it felt very spacious. the location proved perfect. I easily walked to main attractions. breakfast had many choices. it really set me up for the day.
i noticed the air conditioning fans made a slight noise. it wasn't too bad, but i did notice it at night.

charming Stay in convenient Location
comfortable bed super clean bathroom amiable staff easy access
the staff was amiable, and i quickly checked in upon arrival. my room included a comfortable bed and a super clean bathroom, i appreciated the complimentary toiletries. the location was fantastic, offering easy access to attractions.
The elevator was under maintenance , resulting in a slight inconvenience. I managed with the stairs though.

cold shower severe hazard
The breakfast buffet included a plentiful variety of items. It included items such as scrambled eggs. I also noted bacon, small sausages, and stir-fry vegetables.
The shower presented a notable issue. The shower was cold when I most needed it. I tried all combinations for a long time. The hotel also had a dangerous step as you walk into the room. The step was only about 5cm high. It was tiled in a way , made it invisible. It became a severe trip hazard when entering with bags.
